Today, the lovely town of Nuremberg was soaking wet. I went to University early and had a course in drawing, then shopping in the city. I bought nearly nothing - tried out a very, very nice looking dress, but it turned out to be too long, no 60s feeling -, only an !orange! umbrella to protect me and Tina from the rain. When we got home, we were wet from head to toe nevertheless!
My Outfit wasn't really appropiate for the weather, but it made me smile, so who cares!
I wore a grey miniskirt (again? weird) and a short sleeve pullover, both from H&M (shame on me!).
Cardigan from Fred Perry.
Dark blue tights from Galeria Kaufhof.
Ankle boots with a ribbon or a knot or whatever you want to call it from one of the past seasons of Deichmann (or Reno? Don't know), so they were cheap, for sure.
My dearest coat is (after the discription on Ebay) original 60s/70s and a from very heavy whool.
It's colours are so nice, beige with different shades of green..
Later, I went to a course which is named "Figur, Puppe und Spiel" ("Figure, Doll and Play" in English).
The goal of the course isn't to create "real" art, but instead doing what kids do: Just do what they like, absolutely spontaneous!
In the last lesson, we made some figures of various things like old keys, peaces of wood, metal plates, string and so on. I did kind of an angel with a small boy sitting on a chair:
I liked it, but I felt it was a bit too realistic. So today, I did same/ a converted version in loam, which you see here (little boy on the left doesn't count, it was just for fun and is again too realistic):
So for total abstraction, I did a fast drawing, and I'm totally exited about the comic-style of it!
See you tomorrow,
Love, Milena
